Terms of Use

1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Temno Modro d.o.o., Savska cesta 14, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (“we”, “us”), which operates ljbus.cc, the LjBus mobile app and the ljbus connector for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude (together, “ljbus”). By using ljbus you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. If you use the app, the terms of the App Store or Google Play apply as well, and if you use the connector, so do the terms of the assistant you use it in.
2. The service
ljbus shows LPP city bus stops, routes, timetables and live arrival predictions for Ljubljana. It is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with LPP. The data comes from LPP’s public data; arrival times are predictions and can be late, early or missing, and timetables can change. Please don’t rely on ljbus where a missed bus would cause real harm — for official information see lpp.si.
ljbus is free to use. The website and the free version of the app show ads; the app offers an optional subscription, sold and billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms.
3. Fair use
You may use ljbus for your own personal travel planning. Please don’t use it for anything unlawful, don’t interfere with its operation or ads, and don’t scrape the website or send automated high-volume requests to its pages, API or connector. To protect ljbus and LPP’s services we rate-limit requests and may block traffic that abuses them.
4. Ownership
The ljbus website, app, design, mascot and name belong to Temno Modro d.o.o. or its licensors. Transit data remains the property of its source. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use ljbus, not ownership of any of it.
5. Provided as is
ljbus is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a missed bus or connection. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
6. Changes
We may change ljbus and these terms. When the terms change, we update this page and the date at the top; if you keep using ljbus after that, the new terms apply. We may discontinue features or the service.
7. Privacy
How ljbus handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and disputes fall to the courts of Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
